The Verona-based company that distributes Flint Group products in North Eastern Italy has announced the activation of two new mixing stations within the company, which will join the now proven CMGS Mix station for Flint Group's standard oil-based inks.
The first new station, called CMGS Mix - Low Mig, will be dedicated to the production of Pantone or tailor-made inks for food packaging, using specially formulated bases with low odour emission and low migration, called Novasens BCS Premium, produced in Baranzate (MI) by Flint Group and supplied throughout Europe.
The second new station, however, will be dedicated to UV LED, HUV, LE and HR inks, offering the market a Pantone or customised colouring service using dedicated Flint Group bases called XCura Bases, produced in Trelleborg (Sweden).
CM GRAPHIC SERVICE, through seven mixers and two Xrite Ink Formulation 6 and Colour Quality control stations, and two IGT testers, is committed to offering the highest quality and colour precision for the inks produced for the various printing techniques.
